Alright so we have two options about this little shit

Option 1. they are a regular human child and every monster they defeat is incredibly weak so much so that they can beat them with a twig

Option 2. Undyne can seemingly easily suplex boulders and benchpress cars and frisk can once again beat them with a stick so that makes frisk at least 10x stronger then a regular adult human.
