Want to solve international travel for seniors

Hey everyone, one of the more common posts I see on nri groups are around elderly parents travelling who are somewhat unfamiliar with international travel.

As an immigrant myself, have faced this first hand as well, and I understand how challenging it must be for our elders to have to deal with unfamiliar environments and often a foreign language to go with, along with managing rushed airport layovers. I understand the wheelchair fix, but from what I am heard that too leaves much to be desired.

I work in the AI/tech space and am building to solve this problem, working with airlines and airports, and would love to chat with those of you who have faced this issue, in terms of what the biggest pain points were, what you would really like to make life easier, where existing concierge systems fall short.

We could hop on to a quick 15 min call at your convenience!

(i understand a formal survey violates sub rules so mods please feel free to direct responses exclusively to the thread.)

Apart from my gratefulness, will be happy to host you on the beta whenever we roll it out!
