Hwei is the only champion released before 2024 with only the release skin.
What do you all think about this? Hwei was released at the end of 2023, and he's now the only pre-2024 champion that still has just one skin.
Does it really take that long (454 days and counting) to work on just six extra abilities? The last leak suggested an Elementalist skin line, but with the recent announcement of Qiyana’s skin, it turned out to be false.
Hwei isn’t some forgotten champion—he's played a decent amount, so a new skin for him would definitely sell well.
