Hospitalist salary 2024

^According to this, the median salary for hospitalists in 2022 is $353,000 which seems pretty good. It's definitely a bump from the mgma data in 2021 which I believe was around 315,000.Is the data accurate or is there some caveat I'm not picking? Most of the job offerings on websites don't mention the salary so having this sort of a baseline can be helpful
