Getting a new chairperson

Is there anyway to get rid of your chairman? Mines an absolute twat who never approves of anything even though we have the money. Every time I suggest we get an affiliate he says no but then once every 6 months he’ll tell me he wants to set up an affiliate link and I agree but then they always say they couldn’t find any suitable ones. Like why couldn’t I look for it instead ffs
