Go to Settings > search for Clipboard settings.

Disable everything there and only activate Clipboard history.

Try copying a couple of things and history shows.

Original:

Windows 11 24H2 broke Clipboard history for me. It's always blank.

Tried all the solutions like

enabling group policy

deleted files in my User Profile. I deleted the two folders in the following directory, and it started working! I could not find this solution anywhere online, so this is good to know.
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Clipboard\

  • This is my home laptop; not connected to any domain.
  • Upgraded from Windows 11 23H2 yesterday.
  • Tried everything I'm finding on Google.
  • Toggled Clipboard history off and on (and rebooted in various configurations).
  • Searched Registry for "clipboard" - all keys appear to be enabled.
  • Group Policy settings look fine according to recommendations from some Google searches.
