Middle Class Scholarship

Ok, I got a email this morning that says I may be eligible to receive a middle class scholarship. Do I have to log in or do anything In a website? Because it says I should retrieve the username and password, and that I should confirm on the W4GS website that the college that is listed is the correct one. But I clicked on the 2 links the email provides and it says 403 forbidden. So I can't look at any website. Or is the scholarship disbursed automatically into my account?
